What is ECI - DEBT
Early Childhood Intervention Developmental Education Birth to Three is a program of services specifically designed for the early identification and intervention of children at risk for or exhibiting delays in development.
To make a Referral, please do one of the following:
1. Call (806) 766-1172 ECI DEBT

2. E-mail ECI Referral: ecireferral@lubbockisd.org

3. Print out the Fax Referral Form and either fax it to (806) 766-1286 or send to the address listed above.

Family Focus

ECI DEBT is a family focused program for children and their parents. This home-based program is designed to provide information, education, and emotional support to parents as they increase their capacity to enhance their child's learning and development.
